I am in the Marine Corps and was mmoving from San Diego to NC. The company that shipped my stuff wanted to deliver it like a week early. My house wasnt ready so they put in it storage with Troy Humphrey storage. Well when I was finally about to close on my house TMO (USMC Traffic Management Office) told me my stuff wouldnt be ready to be delivered for two weeks. WTF??!! So I was supposed to just sit in my new house without anything and my wife and kids are here with me......So anyway after talking to TMO about my issue they told me I was on a list in case anybody cancelled I then i MIGHT get my stuff delivered........wrong answer!!! I started calling Troy Humphreys personally and told them my situation. I called MULTIPLE times and normally I probly would have gotten tired of me but my contact a Mr. Donald Humphrey never missed a beat with his professionalism. He told me he would work with me and try to get my stuff delivered. Well long story short he got my stuff delivered a day after
