Mr. Humphrey assured us that his team of employees were well-experienced and trustworthy with loading large trucks. Unfortunately, we found that was not necessarily the case. A metal shelf was placed on a dresser, and by the end of the move had gouged a huge hole in the dresser top. There were several other issues with tears in upholstery and a mashed lamp base, etc., all from improper loading positions. The other problem we had was two of the loaders were caught taking rolls of coins from a large sealed coin collection jar. They made up an excuse of the lid falling off, which is impossible since it was a tightly capped screw lid. After that encounter, it was difficult to trust them and we had to stop what the organizing/packing that we were doing and watch each person carefully. This caused real problems for us.
