I am just so upset... I do not even know where to begin.. I am thankful that I am not the only person who has experienced the total lack of respect, privacy, and scheduling problems. My minor daughter was referred here by MCNA. I waited a month and a half for just a consult... then another month and a week for her extraction for a compacted tooth. When I brought my daughter in ( after missing a day of school, and having my husband miss a day of work to sit with our other child )... I was looked at and talked down to like a fool, and told.. You do not have an appt. for today. I had the appt. on my calender for over a month and even called to confirm because of scheduling problems prior. I complained about the time waisted, etc. Just to be treated like they could care less. I told the receptionist I wanted to speak with the Dr., and was refused. I went to the other desk, and was told in a whisper that I DID have the appt. that day, but the appt. was cancelled per Dr. order!!!!!!!! My daughter started to cry when she heard she would have to wait any longer because of her pain. Then they resceduled for the following week. When I got home, at 5pm I had a voicemail saying that the Oral Surgeon decided she would not see my daughter and to find another doctor!! After 3 months of waiting! Never go here unless you have a bunch of time and peace of mind to waste.
