Review content:
While traveling with friends recently, we were directed to a Rodeway Inn for our free night for the 1-800-4choice program. I find it hard to believe that they would have a property lke this in their program. To say it was unsatsfactory is an understatement. We were given a "suite". We walked in to a room that smelled awful, the blanket that was sticking out from under the worn spread was brown around the edges. The hall had not been vacumned for some time. Frankly, it was nauseating. We returned the key to the office and told them we would not be staying. Now 1-800-4choilce is refusing to return the credits for the room. When trying to pursue this, we are on hold forever and then the line is disconnected. You can believe that I will be passing the word to everyone I know to never stay at a choice hotel if this cannot be resolved satisfactorily.
