I visited with my daughter for ortho treatment. He was not able to answer some my questions and got short tempered saying that you software guys cannot understand. My daughter was surprised at his behavior. then he agreed that when I see lot of people waiting outside and I loose my temper. Further, he asked me to talk to his employee for clarifications about insurance, in the middle of discussion, he puller her employee out saying that she has other things to do as lot of patients are waiting.
Customer is God. He started talking why insurance companies are not paying much to him when you are paying so much premium. Can you cancell insurance and pay me. I don't what he is talking and what kind of manner he has.
