After undergoing two orthodontic treatments already (~6years) and still facing significant work to ensure a functioning mouth, I was worried there was little hope left. Dr. Saini went above and beyond the "norm" to formulate a mindful and well-thought-out plan of action for my extreme case, backed with medical reason from my previous treatments. He goes out of his way to provide regular updates on the progression of treatment and how it aligns with the original plan (with any modifications) to avoid any surprises for the patient. His office staff is also great. They always available to communicate and willing to help. Orthodontia is not cheap, but the office goes out of their way to try to make things affordable for clients by finding an affordable repayment schedule with no-interest repayment plans. They were even very accommodating with a change in my personal insurance mid-treatment. Every medical professional in a related field I have spoken with lauds Dr. Saini and his practice. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone in the area seeking treatment. more

I visited with my daughter for ortho treatment. He was not able to answer some my questions and got short tempered saying that you software guys cannot understand. My daughter was surprised at his behavior. then he agreed that when I see lot of people waiting outside and I loose my temper. Further, he asked me to talk to his employee for clarifications about insurance, in the middle of discussion, he puller her employee out saying that she has other things to do as lot of patients are waiting. Customer is God. He started talking why insurance companies are not paying much to him when you are paying so much premium. Can you cancell insurance and pay me. I don't what he is talking and what kind of manner he has. more

Dr. Saini's office is well organized. Their is never a wait. They have been in practice for 45 years. All Orthodontists should follow their office practices. They do not waste your money or time. They are very friendly with the children and in a very convenient location. more
