They were beyond great. All is well that ends well and this ended quite beautifully. I want to tell you how good your crew was. They were each great in their own way, each was professional, courteous, and friendly, and each and every one spent a moment to acknowledge me and the client individually. They were beyond great. The lead man on the crew, I believe his name was Carlos (I feel bad that I’ve forgotten in two days), was incredible! His ability to be in charge, direct his crew, keep his cool, and sooth the client all at the same time was amazing and very admirable. Also, Johnny (I think that’s his name), the supervisor, was great. I wish I could remember each guy’s name individually because all were good and friendly.
