Wonderful Service 11/26/2013

They were beyond great. All is well that ends well and this ended quite beautifully. I want to tell you how good your crew was. They were each great in their own way, each was professional, courteous, and friendly, and each and every one spent a moment to acknowledge me and the client individually. They were beyond great. The lead man on the crew, I believe his name was Carlos (I feel bad that I’ve forgotten in two days), was incredible! His ability to be in charge, direct his crew, keep his cool, and sooth the client all at the same time was amazing and very admirable. Also, Johnny (I think that’s his name), the supervisor, was great. I wish I could remember each guy’s name individually because all were good and friendly. more

DO NOT USE THIS MOVER!!!!! 9/21/2013

They completely destroyed a beautiful console that I paid over $700 for and sent me a check for $45. They acknowledged that they completely destroyed it, and would do nothing further. I tried to post photos of how they returned it to me, but this site doesn't have the option to post photos. They are rude, and obnoxious and dishonest. They left the console on their truck and would not return it to me for two weeks, and when they did, it was unsalvageable. more

DO NOT USE THIS MOVER! They forgot my lacquered console on their truck and it took almost two weeks for them to return it to me. When they did, it was completely destroyed, and can never be used again. The unit cost $730 and they sent me a check for $45. They are shady and dishonest. I want to make sure that no one has an experience like I had with them .Please click on photos so you can see what my console looks like now., BEWARE!!!!! more

Exceptionally pleased with the crew 7/20/2012

I've always been one to move everything myself to avoid potential damages and the high expense usually associated with a Move. Due to time constraints and a lack of resources, I opted to use C & C Shipping based on the positive reviews on this site and the very helpful woman on the phone, Vicki. I must say that right off the bat I was very impressed by the work ethic of the crew. The Truck was loaded in 3 hours and unloaded in roughly the same amount of time. On top of that, the furniture and contents of boxes are all intact and with minimal wear and tear. All and all I am exceptionally pleased with the crew and will definitely call C & C Shipping again. Thanks again for the care and professionalism. This was a breath of fresh air! more

Customer service was superb. 7/2/2012

Solid, almost exceptional moving company. They're nice folks, very efficient, and the customer service follow-up amazing. It's much more than just some folks who will put your stuff in a truck and randomly drop it off. If I move again, or if I have to move cross-country, these are the first folks I'm going to call. BTW, they have an awesome yelp coupon/promotion. Their customer care folks are not afraid to do heavy lifting to make their customers happy. If you have any concerns, let them know: they bend over backwards to make sure customers are happy. more

These guys are amazing. They are very professional on what they do and always on time. They are very careful in packing and handling especially our glasswares and monitors. You won't hesitate to ask question and recommend some stuff during the handling and travel. They have complete stuff to ensure everything is well taken care of. I moved from Florida to Texas and these guys were GREAT! They showed up on time, and were extremely careful with my furniture. They properly wraped everything including all my china. I've moved quite a few times and this move by C & C Shipping Movers is by far the best one I've had. Billy and Jerry were pleasant, efficient and helpful. I think the most impressive part of their work was that they tried very hard to be sure that they were helping me as best they could to get it all done just the way I wanted it done. They worked quickly but never made me feel as if they were just trying to get the job out of the way so they could finish up and go home to relax. The company as a whole was professional, courteous, responsive and easy to deal with and the price was excellent. If I ever need to move again this is the company I will use. Well trained crew that made certain everything was done smoothly. 1/31/2012

I moved from a four bedroom house that included 3 bedrooms, a home office and a very packed 2 car garage. I knew I had a lot of stuff, but still was overwhelmed on what came out of my cabinets and shelves. The 6 men crew that arrived took control and had things in order rather quick. Joel ensured everyone he knew what to do and kept looking into their progress during the day. They packed and labeled the boxes and left my old house with no scratch. C & C Shipping placed the furniture where I requested making sure I was happy with the final results before leaving. I know my move was fairly big and I was expecting a bit of a messy day. Gladly, they went beyond my expectations and delivered a fantastic, well trained crew that made certain everything was done smoothly. more

Very professional! They handled all the details in a very organized and courteous manner. Less expensive than U-Haul and they packed the furniture and loaded it all themselves. I used the 30 day free storage and it saved the cost of a storage unit. Thanks to all the guys involved with my move at C & C Shipping! more
