Review content:
Acting can be a very frustrating career choice. I was out here in Los Angeles for a couple yeas, did a few thing, but then it went dead. Nothing. So I was about to give up and go home. I decided to give it one more push with some money I got when my grandfather died, and I picked the Acting Corps because they are an intensive program, and I did not want to waste any more time. It was an eye opening experience. While there were some characters I could play, I was very much a very specific character actor, and I'm sure people could see I was not ready to expand. The skills I got at The Acting Corps allowed me to play all sorts of things. There were scenes I was given that I thought I could never play, but in the end I did, and I did well. I ended up taking classes there for three months, and that was last year, and I am still in town, booking projects that I never would have booked without them!!
