Review content:
Adam was polite, professional, and knew what he was doing. This happened during the unusually cold January weather. He explained everything to me before using a machine to thaw the problem pipe including the cost.. I knew ahead of time that it might not work. Fortunately it did work. The plumbing in our house is strange and he spent time trying to figure it out. I know from past experience that the pipes do not run normally in our house. When he was finished he patiently showed me what to do to try to keep it from freezing again as we were expecting another below zero night. He also explained that there was no guarantee that it would not freeze again because of the location of the pipe. I felt he was honest in his explanations. If we decide to do major repairs to relocate the pipe - I would want him to do it.
