Our heater started leaking gas on Friday. We were told the part that was needed was only at a store that closed at 5 on Friday and was not open for the weekend. So on Monday, Frank V from Bardi arrived with the part that was supposed to fix the problem. It however, did not. Monday was the first day of the polar vortex in Atlanta with temps not going above 30. Frank left but called back within 30 minutes to say he was on his way back with the part that he found on another service man's truck. In about 45 minutes, Frank was done and the heater was working again! The temp last night was down to 5 degrees, so Frank saved us! We greatly appreciate Frank's effort to track down the needed part after not having a heater for 3.5 days. Frank also went above and beyond by coming back on Monday evening and finishing the job! We are so happy Frank V was our service man and helped keep us warm last night! Thanks Frank V!
