I went to Mack Brown to get my Transmission repaired, which was covered by a Chevrolet warranty. The service department was completely un-helpful in allowing me to have a loaner car and was very disrespectful to me. They used profanity over the phone and would not try to work with me at all on ANYTHING. I finally met with the general manager physically upset over how I was being treated and he laughed in my face and told me it wasn't his problem. Needless to say if you want a dealer that will be helpful and work with you on anything, considering your spending money there, you should stay FAR away from Mack Brown.
