STAY AWAY 6/8/2012

I went to Mack Brown to get my Transmission repaired, which was covered by a Chevrolet warranty. The service department was completely un-helpful in allowing me to have a loaner car and was very disrespectful to me. They used profanity over the phone and would not try to work with me at all on ANYTHING. I finally met with the general manager physically upset over how I was being treated and he laughed in my face and told me it wasn't his problem. Needless to say if you want a dealer that will be helpful and work with you on anything, considering your spending money there, you should stay FAR away from Mack Brown. more

Watch Out 7/13/2010

My mother took a car in for inspection recently. She was told she needed brakes all the way around including rotors, this car had less than 12,000 miles on it. They took advantage of an older lady. The year before they had done a brake job on the rear, the car with 10,500 miles. It doesn't take much of an imagination to know what kind of repair place this is. more

Made my first new-to-me experiance wonderful 12/12/2008

In September I started my first car buying experience. I was nervous about getting a used car, but found a great deal on a mini-van that had only been serviced at Mack Brown. The sales man was very helpful prior to our first test drive and during our second as well. The buying process was quick. I will be taking the van in soon for its first service and I look forward to seeing how the service department works. I hope they are as nice as the sales department! more
