Been living here for about a year now, and the place is pretty chill. It’s really convenient, especially since they offer a lot of stuff. I don’t really get to use it a lot since I’m usually working or out of town. But the times I have gotten around to using the pool it seems there are people that don’t belong there using it. I know this type of stuff happens all the time. I don’t mind the neighboring kids using the pool because I know when you’re young having access to a pool is the coolest thing. I just don’t like that it means that there isn’t as much or as strong of a security presence as there should be. I know when I smell the weed that other people have mentioned I just figured it was just in my building so I’ve never bothered bringing it up to security or management. However, I did talk to security about outside people coming in to use the amenities offered to residents of 3400. Last time I was at the pool, there were a couple of other people in there. It seem
