3400 Avenue Of The Arts Apartments

When I first started looking in to moving in to this place I met with the front office and they told me all about the extras this place had to offer. The movie theatre, rock climbing, and the game room, man they talked these things UP!! I’ve been living here just a couple of months but I have yet to be able to get in to any of these things!! They are always locked, I can never get anyone to open any of them for me. It’s always one excuse or another. They send me to wait for someone and no one ever comes. They’ve been having me run circles around this place and still haven’t gotten to use any of these things! more

Been living here for about a year now, and the place is pretty chill. It’s really convenient, especially since they offer a lot of stuff. I don’t really get to use it a lot since I’m usually working or out of town. But the times I have gotten around to using the pool it seems there are people that don’t belong there using it. I know this type of stuff happens all the time. I don’t mind the neighboring kids using the pool because I know when you’re young having access to a pool is the coolest thing. I just don’t like that it means that there isn’t as much or as strong of a security presence as there should be. I know when I smell the weed that other people have mentioned I just figured it was just in my building so I’ve never bothered bringing it up to security or management. This place is not child friendly!! They should have told me this before I moved in; they knew that I had a kid when I first started looking into this place. I read reviews about this place before I moved in, but since there weren’t many reviews on this place I just figured the negative reviews were people just being dramatic, but NO! Sure enough, everything I read has been completely true!! Yes people in the front office are beyond rude, but I try to avoid them because I liked this looks of this place! Yes there are drugs here constantly! But I figured I raised my son right and I don’t have too much to worry about since I am constantly keeping him busy with school and sports. My son had a friend over for the weekend and they were hanging out all weekend. They asked if they could go to the pool and I said they could.
