I'm not sure where to start about my order from treefortbikes.com. \r \r The nice things about this website are the reasonable prices and the ease of finding the items you're looking for. Unfortunately, most my experience with treefortbikes.com has been, by far, one of the worst experience I've had shopping online. I have bought many things online, but never have I been treated as if my order was not important to the seller until this order.\r \r First I was given notice that the items (two tires) were on backorder until the end of June. After the stated ETA I wrote back and the response was July 17th, then about a week after that I wrote again and received an expected ETA of July 30th. Since then I have written the processing department 3 times with no response whatsoever. Not only have I had to keep writing to find out when I will receive my order but the woman in processing had the tenacity to ask if I would settle for standard shipping, which is usually another 2-3 weeks, when I
