One of the Best Values around.\r \r Finding Customer service like that of Tree Fort is not common these days. Most places are large retail chains with employees that just want you to get your stuff and get out. I felt like I had 200% attention from the salesman I was working with and I purchased my parts without any issues. I would definately go back and buy from them again! more

I am local to Tree Fort Bikes, they're pretty good about keeping items in stock, if they don't have something they can usually get the stuff the next day. The guys that work there are very nice as well, very easy to deal with! There hasn't been a part for my bike that they were unable to obtain... yet! more

I'm not sure where to start about my order from treefortbikes.com. \r \r The nice things about this website are the reasonable prices and the ease of finding the items you're looking for. Unfortunately, most my experience with treefortbikes.com has been, by far, one of the worst experience I've had shopping online. I have bought many things online, but never have I been treated as if my order was not important to the seller until this order.\r \r First I was given notice that the items (two tires) were on backorder until the end of June. After the stated ETA I wrote back and the response was July 17th, then about a week after that I wrote again and received an expected ETA of July 30th. Since then I have written the processing department 3 times with no response whatsoever. Not only have I had to keep writing to find out when I will receive my order but the woman in processing had the tenacity to ask if I would settle for standard shipping, which is usually another 2-3 weeks, when I more

I have been to tons of bike shops around the Detroit / AA Area and you can tell that these guys love what they are doing. I went in there to test out a bike and they had tons of other high end bikes available to try out and made the decision harder, but that was good! I was able to try other bikes and came up with the one that rode just right. They took tons of time with me and set up all of the shocks to the right settings for me before I rode them. Definately a recomendation! PROS: Friendly bike people who are into their jobs CONS: Sometimes have to order things....I don't mind though. more
