I could not have been more impressed. I called and the customer service lady said someone would be here within 2 hours. It was only 30 minutes until Jeremy came to fix my seal on my toilet. He was very honest with me about my lopsided flooring and gave me an estimate for the seal work. I asked him then about my tub drain and shower fixtures as well. Jeremy was very gracious and gave me estimates for that work. He was very professional and could not 'have been more efficient. The fact that he came out for one thing and was able to complete all 3 tasks in a timely fashion makes me all the more impressed with Roto-Rooter's service and Jeremy's work in my bathroom. I have distrubuted his card to family members and neighbors!
