My initial review would have been negative, but in the end I couldn?t have asked for better service. I was scheduled to have a plumber come out on Wednesday between 3 pm ? 5 pm. ...

Our main water line broke. I called Roto-Rooter and Todd came out to investigate. The actual technician came a few hours later and worked into the night (10:00 p.m.) to make sure we had water for the weekend. Very professional. I called Roto-Rooter because I've used them before. more

We had water overflow on new year's day and scheduled roto-rooter next morning. It was a pleasant experience as the service was fast and professional. After fixing the clog, the technician even took extra time helping my husband figure out putting back dishwasher filters later. 5 out of 5 stars. more

I could not have been more impressed. I called and the customer service lady said someone would be here within 2 hours. It was only 30 minutes until Jeremy came to fix my seal on my toilet. He was very honest with me about my lopsided flooring and gave me an estimate for the seal work. I asked him then about my tub drain and shower fixtures as well. Jeremy was very gracious and gave me estimates for that work. He was very professional and could not 'have been more efficient. The fact that he came out for one thing and was able to complete all 3 tasks in a timely fashion makes me all the more impressed with Roto-Rooter's service and Jeremy's work in my bathroom. I have distrubuted his card to family members and neighbors! more

Jeremy was very friendly and helpful. He got right to it and was even nice enough to tighten the hot water valve for free. Very up front pricing and professional thru the whole process. I recommend Roto Rooter to everyone for their plumbing needs. more

Brent was great. Very professional. We called for a pressure assisted toilet installation and he did a very fine job. One thing that I appreciated was that he was willing to install the type of toilet. Other plumbers had argued with me over the need for this type of toilet. He also identified a faulty PRV that needed replacing. I recommend Roto Rooter for your plumbing needs. more

Thankful! My husband attempted to connect a hot water line to our dishwasher. The pipe was linking profusely which forced us to shut off the water. It was Saturday evening and I was terrified to call a plumber because we were desperate. After trying three well known plumbing companies in the area, to no avail, Roto-Rooter responded to our needs in less than two hours! Guillermo was professional, efficient and personable. He finished the job in less than 30 minutes! And the price was reasonable. I now have a new plumber in my rolodex. Thanks Roto-Rooter! more

Thank you, thank you, thank you! We had a clogged line late on a Saturday night. Panic set in as we watched sewer water pour through our ceiling fan onto the floor of our brand new home. Roto Rooter 3/16/2012

I called Roto-Rooter on Monday about 11:30 a.m. that morning and their customer service was outstanding. She told me that they could be at my house within two hours to check out my hot water heater. When Steven the tech got here he explain what he needed to do and what he was going to try in order to get my water heater work. Unfortunately, I had to replace my water heater due to some part that had burned out and it was not worthy replacing the parts on the old one. I would recommend their services and trust these people to do my future plumbing if I need it. Thanks Steve for a Job well done and for all your help. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3/8/2012

My initial review would have been negative, but in the end I couldn?t have asked for better service. I was scheduled to have a plumber come out on Wednesday between 3 pm ? 5 pm. Instead, I received several update calls from Roto-Rooter saying the plumber was working on a difficult call and would be out as soon as possible. At 8:00 pm, I received a call saying the plumber was on his way to my home. Due to the late time, I rescheduled for the next day. Once again, I was scheduled for service between 3 pm ? 5 pm. At 3:35pm I received a call from Roto-Rooter saying the plumber was on the way. He and a trainee arrived at my home in less than 20 minutes with their shoe mitts in hand. They listened to my problem intently and excused themselves to investigate. In less than 3 minutes, they were back at my door with the cause of the problem and a notebook to explain the prices. The service was complete in less than 15 minutes. They also explained in detail how to prevent the problem from occurring again. I will definitely use and refer Roto-Rooter in the future. Great job and keep up the outstanding work!!! more
