We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We bought a Kia Minivan from them. Great car; love it! Sales people OK. But it would be nice if Dorschel would provide the same level of customer satisfaction when cars need service. You have an emergency, and have to wait over a week to get it in to be fixed. What do I do in the meantime? Then they have the car for a week, and haven't even looked at it yet! Service won't answer the phone, and when they do, they are rude. We go elsewhere for service, and won't buy another car from Dorschel because of the poor service.
