Travis arrived the afternoon of Christmas Eve. I had scheduled a normal winter heating checkup. Shortly after arriving to my house Travis noticed that I had a carbon monoxide leaking fom my system. My entire heating and cooling sytem needed replacing. He stayed Christmas Eve until 9:30. Most people would have said they would schedule sometime after Christmas to come back, but Travis insisted he wanted me to have heat for Christmas. Travis is a dedicated and knowledgeable employee at Bostech. He came back the day after Christmas to finish installing my new system. Bostech is lucky to have Travis working for them.
