I've bounced back and forth between these guys and Culligan over the years. Our current house came with Waterhouse equipment in it but we switched to Culligan when Waterhouse couldn't handle the poor quality of our water. Culligan was fine for a while but when their unit started oozing black slime into our water faucets and they told us they couldn't look at it until the following week, we called Waterhouse and had them remove Culligan's equipment and put it out at the curb. Funny that Culligan couldn't make time to save a customer but they were out that afternoon to pick up their garbage from our curb.\r

Anyway, back to Waterhouse. We have a Kinetico water softener and drinking water system from them. For the most part they've been great to deal with and their service is almost instantaneous. I called them today, for example, and asked for 20 bags of salt delivered to my home. Within a few hours I had 20 bags of salt. They even carry it to the basement and fill the brine tank.\r
