Waterhouse Water Systems

This of course is a long story, you make your own story with them.Case in point, I signed a 12 month contract with them for a total of $600.00 and got billed for 2 years+ "Waterever they wanted, after only having 3 months of their service due to the system not working right, at which i asked the tech. to remove the system and stop billing me, he replied with "we will stop billing you but the system must stay, due to i was renting the house." I was no longer billed for service ,this was around 11/5/02, on 07/13/07 i was in the middle of buying a new house and their was a negative mark on my credit of $2,300.00 from Water House stopping me dead in my tracks of buying our home, I then called Water House and asked them what the deal is and why are trying to bill me for the whole time I lived in the house , this is now in my Attorneys hand, please be careful of this company!!!! more

I've bounced back and forth between these guys and Culligan over the years. Our current house came with Waterhouse equipment in it but we switched to Culligan when Waterhouse couldn't handle the poor quality of our water. Culligan was fine for a while but when their unit started oozing black slime into our water faucets and they told us they couldn't look at it until the following week, we called Waterhouse and had them remove Culligan's equipment and put it out at the curb. Funny that Culligan couldn't make time to save a customer but they were out that afternoon to pick up their garbage from our curb.\r \r Anyway, back to Waterhouse. We have a Kinetico water softener and drinking water system from them. For the most part they've been great to deal with and their service is almost instantaneous. I called them today, for example, and asked for 20 bags of salt delivered to my home. Within a few hours I had 20 bags of salt. They even carry it to the basement and fill the brine tank.\r \r The more
