had Chucks do a complete tear off of the old shingles, and place new flashing and shingles. We received a 5 year warranty on the workmanship and 40 years on the material. Well 2 years into the new roof we developed a leak over the family room of our home. I called Chuck's and left a message when he called me back (the owner) he was very rude and confrontational and then just hung up on me. The owner finally called me back after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He came out to the house and looked at the leak (4" diameter wet spot on the ceiling) and said "oh thats nothing" and left! He was very rude to my wife the day he was out to the house. I have since hired another contractor (a good contractor) and he found the leak and repaired it. I have sent the info , bills and a letter to Chuck's asking for reimbursement for the roof repair per the warranty he gave us. We have not heard back from Chuck's (go figure) so we have all the documentation along with pictur
