Chuck's Roofing

had Chucks do a complete tear off of the old shingles, and place new flashing and shingles. We received a 5 year warranty on the workmanship and 40 years on the material. Well 2 years into the new roof we developed a leak over the family room of our home. I called Chuck's and left a message when he called me back (the owner) he was very rude and confrontational and then just hung up on me. The owner finally called me back after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He came out to the house and looked at the leak (4" diameter wet spot on the ceiling) and said "oh thats nothing" and left! He was very rude to my wife the day he was out to the house. I have since hired another contractor (a good contractor) and he found the leak and repaired it. I have sent the info , bills and a letter to Chuck's asking for reimbursement for the roof repair per the warranty he gave us. We have not heard back from Chuck's (go figure) so we have all the documentation along with pictur more

The job they did one my roof was fine, but later I noticed that the gutter in the back of my house was coming lose. I called Chuck left a message and he called my back. We are on the phone and he says he is not at fault and before I could explain he hangs up the phone. I call back about a hundred times and he dosent pick up the phone. Poor follow up is just as bad as poor craftsmanship. more

LAST SPRING WE DECIDED TO GET A NEW ROOF PUT ON OUR HOUSE. WE CALLED DIFFERENT COMPANIES FOR ESTIMATES. ONE THAT WE CALLED WAS CHUCKS, WOW!!!!!!!! THEY WANTED WAY TOO MUCH MONEY, EVERYONE ELSE WE CHECKED WITH WERE CHEAPER AND JUST AS QUALIFIED IN MY OPINION more

Chucks roofing did a complete tareoff and reroof job for me. Loved the work. They showed up with a huge crew and had the complete job done with in 6 hours. Even when the rain started they stayed up there and finished. No mess was left, they even had the magnet roller that picked up the roofing nails on the ground. Great job all around. more
