"3 1/2 hrs for an oil change, alignment and 1 new key cut with an appointment. Not to mention I asked for a new air filter, missed that, and they showed me a giant screw in a tire, I said I would need to get that plugged, didn't do that either. I was told when I showed up after 2 1/2 hours that the guy called, obviously didn't leave a message and I must have been in a dead zone because my phone didn't show a missed call. During those 2 1/2 hours, instead of going ahead with the alignment while waiting to tell me I could use new tires, my car sat there until I showed up. Then they stared my alignment. When that was over they then cut my new key. I guess they can't multitask. After I checked out, I noticed the screw was still there but decided to take it to Discount Tire, a company I have had great success with with 4 other vehicles, and got a flat on the way there. Thanks for the service Century."
