I am an employee of century and the girl Andrea her last name is jensen was terminated by the managers she is saying the defamatory things about and she has never bought a car or used our service dept she dosen't even own a car as far as I know. This site should do a better job of screening coments expecially when the have these sort of acusations in them. She is just a disgruntled employee! more

This was terrible I had managers looking down my shirt and checking me out (Tom harms) (ray jolly). I got my oiled changed and everything was disconnected for some reason and my car had nothing wrong with it cuz I just got it and now there are problems with it cuz of them it took them 2 hours to ""change oil"" worst ever NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN more

I normally do not write reviews but I was very impressed with Salesman Tom Harms and Finance Manager Joe Argier at Century Chevrolet. First my wife bought a car ... and we went there just to look but within hours she found a car she loved, traded in her Kia, Finance Manager Joe Argier found her a great financing package and got her approved, we did the deal, emptied out her Kia, loaded up her new Chevy Sonic with her stuff, and we drove home. We were very surprised it was all so easy and seamless and fast. Two weeks later I went back and bought a new Camero with a similar great experience. Thank you Tom and Joe. You guys rock. more

Unprofessional 10/4/2011

After buying my vehicle, they seemed to become very unprofessional; mainly when dealing with the finance department. With no true success, I reached out to the general manager who really provided no assistance. I would suggest that they not only work on just selling vehicles but create practices that will help them retain lifetime customers. more

Service at Century Chevrolet Broomfield CO 6/22/2011

I took my 2004 GMC Sierra in for maintenance a few days ago. The water pump was replace along with several maintenance items, tranny and radiator flushed, both differentials serviced. Since then I have the annoying periodic rattle that wasn't present previously. I returned a few days later and asked to have it checked. They would not acknowledge the rattle could be a result from the service and wanted $100 just to check it out. Now I have this constant reminder (the rattle) of the questionable service I received. I will not be back. more

Highly Recommend 5/30/2011

I bought a 2010 Camaro 2SS/RS from Century and they handled the whole experience like true professionals. Kirby was my sales person, very knowledgeable about Camaros and Vettes. I got a good deal and fair value for my trade in. It was the easiest buying experience I ever had. A year later and I still couldnt be more happy with how they have treated me. I had a couple of minor issues that needed to be taken care of and they gave me a loaner and a coupon for a free oil change both times. Their service people called me both times to let me know what the issue was, how long it would take to fix and again when it was completed so I could pick it up. A lot dealers forge about you after the sale is over, they continue the great service even after they have your money. I would recommend them to any one and will be buying my next vehicle from them if I decide to go with another GM. more

Lies Lurking around every corner 7/26/2010

Century is your typical car dealership, no matter where you go you should be aware of what exactly is being offered and how it is being offered. There are curved lies lurking around every corner, unfortunately for us, the biggest lie was stumbled upon a day too late. In all honesty we probably should have walked out of the dealership the minute we walked in. We had driven over 25 miles with 2 cars expecting to trade them in and purchase our 2010 Chevy Camaro, which we do love and have no regrets in the car itself. The regrets are the ways in which Century Chevrolet handled the situations. Pros: Fun Sales man Cons: unkown deals behind the scenes more

"3 1/2 hrs for an oil change, alignment and 1 new key cut with an appointment. Not to mention I asked for a new air filter, missed that, and they showed me a giant screw in a tire, I said I would need to get that plugged, didn't do that either. I was told when I showed up after 2 1/2 hours that the guy called, obviously didn't leave a message and I must have been in a dead zone because my phone didn't show a missed call. During those 2 1/2 hours, instead of going ahead with the alignment while waiting to tell me I could use new tires, my car sat there until I showed up. Then they stared my alignment. When that was over they then cut my new key. I guess they can't multitask. After I checked out, I noticed the screw was still there but decided to take it to Discount Tire, a company I have had great success with with 4 other vehicles, and got a flat on the way there. FAMILY? 3/27/2008

My experience at this car dealer was BAD. They took advantage of my trust and forced me into a vehicle that was not as advertised. Then tried to make amends by returning half my down payment and have an outside source install cheap fog lights. They tout they treat you like family by making sure your are "completely satisfied" when they are only pleasing themselves. DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you want to be taken. How can you trust a Chevrolet dealer that has a brand new MUSTANG at it's entrance? I should have seen it coming and never drove in. The Automotive Review Board was not helpful and sided with the dealership citing they didn't have to make any amends and I was "stuck with (it)". more
