I ordered sofas on memorial day weekend. They told me they would take 12 weeks. I didn't receive them until the weekend before thanksgiving. In 3 months they were both ripped to shreds. I had to call the manager so many times before the owner Steve finally came out to look at them. He blamed it on the dog, but my dog doesnt go on the sofa. He finally agreed to have them recovered. I've had them back for a few months now and they are starting to rip again. This time the rips are actually on one side cushion which is where I keep the throw pillows. So even if the dog did go on the sofa, i doubt she moves the pillows off in order for her to rip the material. The owner was extremely nasty. I am afraid to call him again because I know he won't do anything. I would never use them, again and Upon telling my story to others I have heard similiar horror stories about this store and its owner.
