Ordered furniture, upon delivery one item was damaged. Phoned several times and was told they needed to contact the manufacturer. LPFC never bother to return a phone call. After one month I contacted the manufacturer and they had not received any notification of a problem. Again, LPFC indicated that the item would be delivered this week and again they could not return a phone call. (It has now been 6 weeks, and no resolution). Personally, I would take my business elsewhere.There are plenty of furniture stores where they still care about the customer.
