While I rarely take the time to write reviews, Ms.Tara Moore has been so very exceptional at her job and so great to work with, that I feel I must write a review commending her. Tara has just been the very best property manager EVER and she deserves the very very highest marks. When Tara was assigned to my properties she was very new at this profession, but she has far far far exceeded my hopes and expectations that she would do a good job. Tara was honest that she was new at this job but I felt it was only fair to give her a chance and hoped that what she lacked in experience she would make up for in willingness to learn and desire to do a great job. Tara is simply awesome! She has done a PHENOMENAL job and is the VERY BEST property manager I have EVER worked with and believe me, I have worked with a number of different property managers over the years. Tara is extremely intelligent, a hard worker, has excellent follow up on matters, and gives her job 100+% of her efforts. Tara cares about my problems, works diligently to get them resolved, and always accomplishes her goal! In a society that I have come to sadly think doesn’t care about their work product, Tara is an exception – she cares and she works hard and she gets it done and she does that efficiently and pleasantly and with a great demeanor! I cannot say enough positive things about Tara – she is one TERRIFIC property manager and one TERRIFIC person – they just don’t come any better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
