Horrible experience!!! Never received a bill from them until I got a call from a collections agency threatening to sue me! The collection agency said all the mail they had sent me had been returned. When I asked them to verify the mailing address they had on file, they had a wrong address. I have no idea how they got the wrong address. So I never got any bills or any calls until a year later after I had my surgery. I decided to call my insurance and said I was resposible for $100 so I decided to send a check to the collection agency. A month later while checking my credit report now it shows that my account was sent to collection. I have called Milton Hall to talk to someone in billing and have left multiple messages and no one would ever called back. Please let me know what did you guys do and was it reported to your credit? Thank you. I just disputed this through Transunion. \r
