I have had nothing but great service at this dealership since purchasing my 2013 JX35. They go above and beyond and are very helpful, even getting me a reserve car to use even though I did not reserve one. They always work with my schedule and are great about fitting me in with short notice.
My only complaint is that my car is never cleaned when it is returned to me. When I have owned less expensive vehicles they always wipe the inside down, vacuum, and wash the outside. This dealership does no such thing and I find their service to be lacking because of this. When you purchase what is suppose to be along the luxury vehicle line, I think you should receive a quick cleaning of the vehicle. I don't think this is too much to ask an hope that if they receive enough feedback concerning this issue that they will consider adding it to the wonderful service they already give.
