Absolutely horrible!! We had a propane tank installed for a new gas stove. It took 3 times for the thing to pass inspection, and we were never notified of the failures. I had to call them to find out why the stove was still not hooked up, only to find that it failed inspection. Once it finally passed it took another week to get a technician out to hook up the stove. Then two weeks later a leak was noticed. I called and it took 2 days to get someone out to test the line. Apparently there was a leak, but I found out from our sider, NOT the gas company! I turned the gas back on assuming that since I had not heard from them there was no longer a problem. Then I found out the next day (from the sider) that a leak was found. Pioneer did not feel the need to notify me or schedule repair. When I called they tried to charge me $210 for a weekend emergency visit for a problem that they were aware of EARLY the day before. I opted to wait until Monday and in the meantime the connection hose came completely disconnected and was dumping propane into the air which we noticed when we opened the front door (the tank is on the back side of the house). I cannot believe how non-responsive they are to a gas leak!! And that they don't give a second thought to inconveniencing their customers! I haven't been able to use my stove for 5 days now but they don't care...unless I pay them $210 to fix a problem that they created!!
