Usually I get good service but this visit was a big disappointment. They not call me after doing a diagnostic to give me the results and options. When I called it was too late to do anything and I would have had to come back. Then the next day the shield under the car fell off, which had been taken off to do the oil change so obviously not put back on properly. I am going to say no to recommended because I am not happy with the service I received this time :( more

Your people are nice and seem to be doing there job as they should but I have never had so many problems with new tires in my entire 30 years on this planet. I have had to change 4 flat tires this winter. I know that the extreme cold this year coupled with the fact that I have low profile tires and aluminum rims does not help but it gets cold every year and I have never had this issue in the past. I have owned this car with the same type of tires for 5 years and before i got tires from here I had 2 flat tires. The latest issue now is that I purchased from a friend had been welded prior to me or him purchasing them. It appears that the weld has failed so no i had to pay $35.00 to switch the replacement tire that failed due to another issue besides the weld to my old rims. I also have to pay an additional $25.00 to remount each of the other 3 tires to my old rims so that my car doesn't look ghetto. Your people are very nice and get things done in a timely manner. I don't know why my tires have been failing so much, I have taken care after the first flat to avoid pot holes and other road hazards but it did not seem to help. I am hoping spring will help with the issue but i would greatly appreciate some type of discount for re-mounting my tires. I will say that your company did meet its obligations and gave me the product and service that I paid for but I have spent around $600.00 with you since this fall and it would go a long way at keeping me coming to you and maybe start doing my oil changes there if you could help a struggling college student get all of his rims to match so that the car he dropped $2,000 repairing this winter actually looks nice when I can enjoy my repairs this summer. Brought my F350 in for a bolt stuck in a tire and while I was there also was able to get a rotation and balance. The guys were awesome as usual, friendly & very helpful. I was in and out and paid i under an hour. Highly recommend Tire Pros! more

Looking to buy a 2004 GMC Yukon and took it into Tire Pros to have them run a diagnostic check to make sure it was in good condition. They got us in and out within one hour. Helped make our buying decision without the worries of what may be wrong. Truck checked out and now we have a newer truck! more

I bought 3 sets of tires here in the last 6 months. A set on my truck,a set on my work van and a set on my wifes jeep. I came in to get my tires rotated and balanced on my truck and the service writer said the $1000.00 in tires I bought did not cover that. I was mad but he showed me my receipt and for some reason it was not on there. So I payed another $90.00 dollars to rotate and balance. The service writer then said it would take a hour. 2 1/2 hours later he came to me and said I needed new front wheel bearings and he quoted me $1200.00 for the good bearings. I then left and went to Central Auto where the same job with the better bearings were $760.00 and put new rotors on for another $100.00 total of $888.79. Now that central Auto sells tires I will never bring my business to tire pros again. Good luck. Central Auto is much more appreciative of the business and much better priced.
