This is the second time I have been to this dealership and I should have learned my lesson the first time. The first time I went the man I worked with was amazing. Very nice, and apologetic of the wait time. The problem from my first visit was definitely not with the people, but the price. They quoted me $1,000 to fix my door because they were going to have to replace all these parts, but I took it somewhere for another opinion where they popped off the door, recoiled a spring, and popped it back on for FREE. This time I went for an oil leak repair, which I know is costly and I knew mine was extremely bad. However, when he quoted me a price of $4,000 I was outraged. I called another mechanic that I had taken my car to in the past, who quoted me $900 for the exact same thing. I even read to this mechanic word for word what the Toyota people said was wrong. I don't care if I "know what I am going to get" or if they do "stand behind their word." None of that is worth $3,000 to me. I will never be going to back Toyota of Cool Springs ever again. more

We have owned Toyotas for about 14 years now, have moved around a bit and are accustomed to the dealership experience - meaning that the drivers with the newer, more expensive cars are treated better than someone like myself. Our family is trying to hold on to a 2001 Sienna (until next year;) I was treated like any customer with a $50,000+ Sequoia! Bill (Lowman) took such great care of me, he worked really hard for us. I worked in customer service for years before becoming a stay-at-home mom, so my radar is finely tuned for good customer service. Everyday I see people in the industry who could go that extra measure to improve the customer experience but simply can't be bothered. This is not the case at Alexander Toyota. You must make sure that those in charge know what a wonderful staff you have there and that they did something right to find such hard-working, caring employees. more

Your people were very nice to me today. They did an oil and filter change plus some transmission work. As a matter of fact, I had a hose that was off at the bottom of my windshield washer reservoir and your guy reattached it without charging me any extra. I commend you and your people for going the extra mile. more
