12/26/13 - In response to Teresa ""C"" - what's your last name? It's Coppa isn't it? You know exactly who I am. I spoke with you last year, panicked, terrified and BEGGING to see the doctor. Instead of medical attention, you insulted me by offering me a free peel. You said there was nothing you could do for me other than a free service. I suffered a permanent nerve injury from negligence at ALC. The vitalize peel can't penetrate the dermis. My doctor said the same thing. He said she had to have used something she wasn't licensed to use that was strong enough to penetrate the dermis, or the product was mixed with another product that's used at ALC in error. He also said he has never seen such gross negligence and senseless suffering. It sickens me that you are lying to the public about their safety. This is the exact response you gave me when I called and again I want to warn the public that if you suffer a medical emergency, you will NOT get ANY help from a doctor here. \r

I am a wife, mother & grandmother who had a very happy, normal life. You can not imagine what it's like to have your life taken away and suffer horrific pain from a ""facial"". I miss being with my family and enjoying their company. This should have never happened and the public needs to be informed that it DOES.\r
