I had to look up the phone number for Lane as we replaced our dryer vent and their stickers was on it. I can't believe the reviews I've been reading here and on Yelp! I have used Lane Appliance I was referred to them through Arts TV & Appliance in the late 80's after buying new appliances for our first home. I have NEVER had a bad experience with Bob, his wife who answers the phone or his son who came once or twice. Never. They have always been prompt in returning a call, quick and efficient in fixing what needs fixing and honest in telling me it's worth it or not. I would recommend Lane to anyone who asks and often do.
