I'm very happy with Karakas Roofing. I live on a golf course, so they came out and inspected my roof for damaged tiles. They found three of four that needed replacing, which they did. They also pointed towards an ongoing situation with the roof where the rain water does not go in the gutter, but is diverted the wrong way. They also took care of that for me. They changed the flashings in the eaves and put in more functional design to allow the runoff to flow better on the roof.
They are a good company to deal with. I had used them once or twice before. They're very professional. They come out, are on time and say what's going on. They tell or show me what they're going to do. They also present you with a written contract. I have no qualms about them at all!
The owner is very cordial and very detailed. I trust the company implicitly. I already referred them to my next door neighbor, and they were very happy with them as well!
