I am compelled to write this in order to warn anyone considering doing business with ES and All American Construction, know this: Contracts are tricky and work in his/their favor, they use fast talk, poorly backed up figures/info to get someone to sign the contract, usually it’s older women who fall for this as they are easy targets. They quote low and promise the world but when they under deliver and are confronted he/they become bullies and MIA. Do your homework before making any kind of deal with these people or else YOU WILL BE SORRY (We sure were).
