My experience with Honda North in Danvers has been one that I wish I could forget. I purchased a Honda Pilot used from these guys. The car works great but the service experienced from the beginning has been something that I have never experienced before. From not understanding the rules of how to submit the RMV1 paperwork, to not setting the expectations throughout the sales process, to laying about the number of keys I will receive, and lastly to be turned away for an oil change because they decided to close during a snow storm.\r \r The most recent experience was that I called in advance to ask if I could come up for a oil change. While on the way there I called and was told to keep coming. When I arrived they told me that they were closing and the decision was made five minutes before my arrival. The only reason I purchased the car from them is because of the advertised internet price was far below the normal market price on the car.\r \r My advice is to pay the attentional money and purchase your car somewhere else!
