Amazing customer service! I brought my engagement ring in to have it repaired since it had a bent prong and three loose stones. It was repaired on the spot while I waited. And even though it was not purchased at that store, it was fixed for no charge. I tried insisting on paying but the woman refused and said it was their gift to me. While I was waiting I had chatted with her and told her it had been a long time since I had worn it.\r

I worked in retail jewelry for a very long time and had a craftsman on the premises. To have him fix it while I waited at this time of year impressed me to no end. I wish them only the best.
