I have already posted my ""buyer beware"" review on my facebook page. BEWARE!!!! I was treated VERY POORLY by Chuck Raech. I purchased a $309.00 necklace last year as a birthday present. It wasn't what my daughter really liked, so for that kind of money we decided to return it so she could get what she would like and would wear from another jeweler. The first 3 attempts at returning was futile.....Chuck was out of town, or not there, and his sister and Dad could not help us. They have no return policy posted, so we were given 30-days, then 60-days, then whatever they wanted to make up that day. I have the receipt. Only restriction for return is if it is a ""custom"" order or ""special"" order, which it was neither. We bought it right out of the case. We were accused of not only wearing it, but that it may have been a special order since nobody could ""remember"" the day I bought it. It was ""ludicrous"". They were happy to ""exchange"" it for something else, but my daughter couldn't find anything else she was thrilled over. Customer service is non-existent in this store!!!! I also made numerous phone calls, and when I finally reached Chuck, he refused to give me a refund and told me that if I wanted to pursue this that ""he would win!"".....then hung up on me! WHAT?!!! I was just trying to give our ""local"" jewelry store my little bit of business, and this is what I received in return. Rude, completely unsatisfactory, unethical treatment to a customer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JEWELRY STORE. Chuck, if you read your reviews, and want to reverse this situation, you have the power to do that. If you don't care, then I don't care about spreading this story to others that may find themselves in this same situation. My name is Gwen Kelly and this is the truth.
