I'm from South Florida, so I booked appointments at several salons on ""bridal row"" in Miami in order to find my dream dress. Now I have to cancel all the other appointments because Coral Gables Bridals was the only one I needed! My consultant was Sasha and she immediately made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. There was one dress that I didn't think I liked, but she insisted it would look good on me, so I agreed to try it. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a dress; in fact, Sasha told me I shouldn't make such a huge decision in a rush and that I should go home and think about it. They stayed open well past closing time to accommodate me. In fact, Dulce (the owner) was the one pulling more dresses at 6:20 when they closed at 6! In the end, I said YES to the dress that Sasha had made me try - how on earth she knew when I didn't, I have no idea, but I'm so thankful for her eye and expertise! Dulce didn't close the store until 6:45. I am so grateful to Coral Gables Bridals for making my experience so special and easy. I can't wait to see my dress again, and I know it will be perfect because I've never experienced customer service like I did at this store. Every bride should have the experience I did while searching for her dress!\r
