Coral Gables Bridals

Unless you have an appointment, don't bother! I walked in a few weeks ago dying to try on a dress I had seen on their website. I was convinced it was my dream dress. All I could talk about was being able to try on the dress. There were no available appointments when I tried to schedule one so I tried my luck and went anyways. When my bridal party and I walked in, we were barely greeted. We were literally being ignored for 99% of the time we were there. I'm guessing it was the manager who had such a nasty, sarcastic attitude with us. And when we were finally addressed, the manager told us there were no available staff to help us and that some other staff were on break and didn't know when they would be back! Seriously?! Another woman had walked in while all this was happening and the manager told her the same thing. She said ""you can wait and just sit around like these people are doing"" (referring to me and my bridal party) I got up and walked out. Worst experience ever! I wasn't able to try on my ""dream dress"" but I did end up buying an amazing dress at another store with much more friendly people. My dress is absolutely perfect and I was able to end my day with tears of joy! Coral gables bridal missed out on an almost $3000 dollar sale :) things happen for a reason. more

Very elegant dresses at reasonable prices Coral Gables Bridals was the first store I went to, and after going to another store I ran right back to them. I knew I was looking for a specific A-line Pronovias gown that I saw in the magazine. They did not have that one to try on, but one very similar. When I put it on, I hated it. Did not look good at all. My mom and cousin saw a girl in the dressing room next to me with a dress on and insisted I try it on to appease them. I’m so happy I did because I was in love. It was nothing that I thought I’d ever pick but when I tried it on, it felt right. Coral Gables Bridal has very elegant dresses at reasonable prices. Even the alterations are competitive. My dress had a 9 ft train (Pronovias Georgia) and they were able to bustle it up and make it very comfortable. Everyone commented that my dress was elegant and gorgeous. The service is wonderful, the prices are great, and the dresses are gorgeous! I'm so happy I went to this place.\r more

I'm from South Florida, so I booked appointments at several salons on ""bridal row"" in Miami in order to find my dream dress. Now I have to cancel all the other appointments because Coral Gables Bridals was the only one I needed! My consultant was Sasha and she immediately made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. There was one dress that I didn't think I liked, but she insisted it would look good on me, so I agreed to try it. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a dress; in fact, Sasha told me I shouldn't make such a huge decision in a rush and that I should go home and think about it. They stayed open well past closing time to accommodate me. In fact, Dulce (the owner) was the one pulling more dresses at 6:20 when they closed at 6! In the end, I said YES to the dress that Sasha had made me try - how on earth she knew when I didn't, I have no idea, but I'm so thankful for her eye and expertise! Dulce didn't close the store until 6:45. I am so grateful to Coral Gables Bridals for making my experience so special and easy. I can't wait to see my dress again, and I know it will be perfect because I've never experienced customer service like I did at this store. I was referred to them by my cousin. Vivian took very good care of me and was always willing to spend extra time. My dress came out perfectly and it was ready when it was supposed to. I loved my dress! more

I loved the selection and prices at this shop. The ladies were all very pleasant. They always accommodated my fittings, since I live far away and could not make it there until either the weekend or late in the evening (5:30 pm). I would definitely recommend this place! more

I always knew I wanted a Pronovias Dress. They are my favorite wedding designer. I made my appointment with Nancy and I found my dress. It was the 2nd dress I tried on and it was truly stunning (Pronovias - Style: Ballet, it has pockets people in the pleats!!) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT! Ask for Nancy! I do warn that getting appointments with the head seamstress is difficult, as soon as your dress comes in, be sure to book all your appointments for all your fittings at once. She is EXCELLENT and the BEST!! So make sure you book your times in advance do you don't get a Wednesday at 2 PM. (I work so it was a little annoying, but totally worth it) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!\r more

I went wedding dress shopping for the very first time and made my appt at Coral Gables Bridal. My bridal consultant Katerina was absolutely AMAZING!!!! From the min I got there she was very helpful. She let me pick out the dresses I liked and then made a suggestion of her own. An hour and a half later I had picked out my wedding dress and veil. I would have never found the perfect dress without her. Her pick was my absolute favorite. I went in to Coral Gables Bridal with a dress in mind. Turns out, it was discontinued. Thankfully, I got to work with Kat who understood exactly what I was looking for and found me a dress that was similar, but better than what I had come in looking for.
