I am very surprised with all of the bad reviews. Before me and husband had moved to this location I had READ ALL THE REVIEWS ON THIS SITE! I even went to yahoo, apartment reviews so on and so forth! However, wouldn't it be common sense not to park in the areas that are not designated parking spot. If you got a parking pass like we did and didn’t double park then your car was fine. All I'm trying to say is, it’s called common sense come on people. The manager is far from being rude, ghetto & ruthless. Janice is nothing but down to earth & REALLY WORKS WITH YOU with anything, The manager does her job and she does care , she will do what she has to do too make sure that we are okay. I will say this there are different types of tenants the ones' who won't take responsibility of their mistakes and then the one who respects the rules and go on about their own business. It makes you wonder with all the bad reviews what kind of tenants they really were/are. I Absolutely LIKE IT HERE! The reviews are reviews. But, just take it into consideration what kind of tenant you are...
