I am from Texas. I know ribs. Epiphany Open Pit Beef has the best ribs I have eaten in years. The meat just falls off the bone and is juicy and full of flavor. I have ordered from here many times and have learned to order a full rack of ribs so I can have lunch for several days. The sides are good too. I really like the greens that have bits of meat. The mac and cheese is just ok. The cornbread is crumbly but delicious. I love Epiphany!
