I am from Texas. I know ribs. Epiphany Open Pit Beef has the best ribs I have eaten in years. The meat just falls off the bone and is juicy and full of flavor. I have ordered from...

This is the third time the ribs were overcooked.

I had four dishes from this restaurant. Not only did it take them almost 3 hours to deliver, but ALL of the food was COLD!!!! I didnt receive everything I ordered because they "ran out of chicken", but I was still charged for it. I ended up paying an extra $30 for food that never showed up. To top it all off I dont believe this place has their own delivery service. I got my food out of the back of a taxi cab, and when I asked for a receipt the taxi driver told me I couldnt have his and to call the restaurant . Save your time and money and dont order from this place. more

If you're looking for a serious carnivore binge (and you're stuck in NW DC nothingness?Epiphany can help). The major issue is with delivery timing and packaging, either everything is well packaged (in individual containers) and at your doorstep within 45 minutes?or, on the flip side, the sides are shoved in with the meats in their styro containers and leak everywhere (including into the plastic carrying bags). The best dishes, by far, are the pork ribs and collard greens. Their sides are uber small, so just double or quadruple on the collards. Totally worth it. Also, I'd ask for the BBQ sauce on the side. I think that's better since the sauce can be on the sweet side and you can see how much you may need, based on your taste and how the meat is treating you that day. more

I am from Texas. I know ribs. Epiphany Open Pit Beef has the best ribs I have eaten in years. The meat just falls off the bone and is juicy and full of flavor. I have ordered from here many times and have learned to order a full rack of ribs so I can have lunch for several days. The sides are good too. I really like the greens that have bits of meat. The mac and cheese is just ok. The cornbread is crumbly but delicious. I love Epiphany! more

This was my first order from this establishment. I purchased the beef sub and the 1/2 rack rib dinner. The ribs were good and the sauce was good. The beef sandwich was full of grisle and not edible. I will give them another chance because of the ribs. more
