Face it...nobody enjoys replacing their furnace, even more so in cold weather, right before Thanksgiving, but the experience was surprisingly pleasant.
From the first service technician, to the gentleman that gave us a quote (Bill Todd), to the installation people, I felt confident that we'd end up with a fine furnace. Everyone was prompt, professional, and a credit to the company. In short, they did exactly what they said would do!
I wouldn't hesitate to use R and R's service again, or recommend them to family and friends.
