Review content:
What we liked most about Elements Home Remodeling was the fact that they took interest in us as people and not just as business. They were able to keep our lines of communication open the whole time. If there were any snags on either our end or their end, they were willing to work with us. It was very satisfying to work with Mike and his crew.
Their work really only took two days, but the overall project took about two months. This was because we did our renovations in two phases. First, we had masonry work done on our stairs, then we had Elements come in to do the upper half - the portico, post, and railings. In addition, we had to get approvals from the Homeowners Association. For example, we wanted to replace some wood with a non-wood product that would not deteriorate. Elements was able to get us a color that was close to the color that the Homeowners Association could approve.
Overall, this company was a joy to work with. Everything was straightforward. They delivered on everything they promised. We were happy with their work, and all of our neighbors love their work too. We've been passing out their business cards, so anyone who needs similar work done can use them. If we need this type of work again, Elements Home Remodeling will be the first company we call to see what they can do for us.
