Mike K, Sam R, and Chris H arrived at my home in the timely manner. My husband went over the furnace problem and showed the men were the ac was and asked questions necessary for the job. The bell brother's service men started work immediately. They were efficient and courteous. The job took half a day, which involved replacing the furnace, adding smoke alarms in each room, adding a carbon monoxide alarm, and replacing the old heater/ac unit inside the house. The only downside of all their hard work had affected my son and his naps. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because my son was awaken by the smoke alarms being installed and going off when the heater was being tested. Besides the nap time being affected, Bell brother's service men replaced the furnace and ac with profession. The service men cleaned up after they were finished and sat down to talk to me about everything that was accomplished. The Bell Brother's company has trained their employees to be professional (and friendly), thorough, and clean!
